Creating an inviting back yard for entertaining family and friends was the goal for the design team. The focal point is a pool and pool house, surrounded by gathering spaces.

The pool house presents simple and functional spaces for entertaining, changing and storage. A large folding door opens toward the pool, creating an ideal indoor-outdoor setting. Landscaping utilizes a tiered approach, following the natural grade to tie the spaces together. A low impact development approach towards stormwater and low-maintenance hardscape materials will ensure long-term enjoyment and ease of care.
